We warmly invite you to a
Firefly Gathering at Wild Rest Sanctuary on July 24th at 7:30 pm. ✨

✨✨Step into the magic of Wild Rest Sanctuary, where the ordinary gives way to wonder and anything feels possible. Nestled on this sacred and enchanting land, we’ll gather surrounded by nature as the forest comes alive with the illumination of the fireflies.

As the evening unfolds, sisters Laura and Erin will guide you through a deeply restorative outdoor sound bath. As the healing vibrations fill the evening air, we’ll invite nature itself to become part of the experience, allowing the glowing fireflies and nature’s own symphony to join us in a way that simply couldn’t exist indoors.

As twilight falls, we’ll gather for a meaningful and transformative Unlock Your Light Ceremony—a simple yet powerful experience created to honor the light within each of us and the beauty of gathering together.

Afterward, stay and enjoy:

🔥 S’mores around the campfire
🥁 An informal drum circle
✨ Firefly conversations beneath the stars

Whether you’re coming with friends or arriving on your own, you’ll be welcomed just as you are.

Together we weave a living tapestry through choreographed dance, somatic movement, and curated music that moves your body and expands your soul.

Each class honors the elements as teachers and ourselves as part of the whole. We are connected to the earth beneath us, the water within us, the fire that ignites us, and the air that breathes us. Dance experience is not necessary!

Firefly Frequency: A Sacred Sound Bath

When May 23rd

Time: 7:30

Energy exchange: $37

To Book:

https://bookunlockyourlight.as.me/?appointmentType=89776835

Sisters Erin and Laura warmly invite you for a one-hour outdoor sacred sound bath held on beautiful forested land at sunset. Throughout the experience, we will be offering one-on-one sound healing to each participant, creating a personal and supportive experience within the group setting.

As day light fades and when the fireflies naturally begin to appear, we will allow time at the end to sit up, receive, and simply enjoy the magic illumination of the fireflies accompanied by soft sound and the rhythms of the evening.

This is a heart-centered gathering designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect with the earth beneath you, the community around you, and to remember your light within.

To bring: Come prepared to be cozy and comfortable outdoors. Please bring a mat or blanket to lie on, any pillows or extra layers you may want, water, and bug spray. The temperature may cool after sunset, so layering is encouraged.

for the open sky,
No more hiding,
No more asking why
Hear the wind
whisper through the trees
An accent melody bringing

In this holy space
I am finally found”

P.S. This song…🫶 I wish I could find the videos we made back in the 90’s! We used this song to make one of our first videos We stole my brother’s sheets of his bed (they were blue satin! 😆) and my Mom’s expensive fabric for the ethereal back drops. I also believe our rabbit lucky made an appearance as wel! 😆
It’s so nostalgic…I felt guided to use this in the name of fun and nostalgia…everything is connected! ✨💜💜✨

Thank you to Wendy Scafe for offering such a magical healing space at The Healing Center!

Water is MAGIC!!! 💫✨💫
The benefits of Hydro therapy massage:
The buoyancy of warm water allows the body to float, reducing gravity’s impact, relaxing muscles, and releasing tension. It is known to reduce heart rate and calm the nervous system.
✨💫Pain Management and Relief: Research indicates water massage is effective in relieving chronic pain, muscle spasms, and stiffness, particularly for conditions like fibromyalgia, arthritis, and lower back pain. It has been used effectively for pre- and post-natal pain.
✨💫Increased Mobility and Flexibility: The therapeutic, guided movements in the water allow for a greater range of motion and joint mobility, often enabling movements that would be more difficult on land.
✨💫Emotional and Psychological Benefits: Known as a “meditation massage in water,” it can foster a sense of safety, trust, and emotional healing, which can help in reducing anxiety and releasing deep-seated stress.
💫✨Improved Sleep: Regular sessions may improve sleep quality and address insomnia.
