There are 282 Munros in Scotland, and our co-founder Chris climbed every. single. one. of. them. And he did it within a few years! A combination of love of the outdoors and a burning desire to always push limits slowly became not only a way to escape the spinning drum of roasting coffee beans but to recharge, ideate and reflect. The Summit is a coffee we named after this incredible milestone.

So… Here’s to every Munro bagger, hillwalker and summit chaser. However many you’ve done, this one’s for you.

Neon IPA is the kind of coffee that ignores the dress code and orders the most vivid thing on the menu 🩷 Bright, floral and unapologetically expressive, it hits the cup with apple blossom, elderflower and juicy peach, followed by a soft swirl of violet florals that hangs around long after the last sip.

Matcha and hōjicha can be seen as… Cousins? 🍵

As green tea production modernised in the early 1900s, unsalable bancha from later harvests and leftover bits of leaves, stems, and twigs accumulated that were too good to throw away.

In the 1920s, a Kyoto tea merchant began experimenting with roasting the green tea over charcoal, creating a new tea with a toasty, nutty flavour. The result is what we now know as ✨ hōjicha ✨

As hōjicha slowly makes its way into the mainstream, we wanted to brief you on the key differences between matcha and hōjicha to help you understand this new, mysterious drink. And encourage you to give it a try? 🤔

Liquid Gold? ☕️ Our newest range of really small batches of super high quality coffee featuring a variety of strange processes? Oh aye!

These cost us an arm and a leg to afford but they are worth it ✨

Which one are you trying first?

Bangin’ French toast 👍 Or in other words, perfectly crispy pieces of warm toast layered and lathered in pure maple syrup goodness. Served on a bed of rose petals with a fluffy cloud of mascarpone on top and a heavy dash of pistachios alongside fresh, perfectly ripe, juicy blueberries and raspberries.
