The place where you stop pretending. You deserve to be seen. Not as a problem. Not as a contradiction. Your story matters. Share it.

A man brings his child to work. He's a hands-on father. Progressive. Involved.

A woman brings her child to work. She's unprofessional. Confused about priorities. Not serious.

The moment never changes. Only the name we're called.
We've internalized it so deeply we don't even see it anymore—the mother rooms that don't exist, the parking spaces reserved for visitors but not for mothers, the meetings scheduled at 6 PM like we don't have anyone waiting at home. Like we're not also running a second, unpaid job that never closes.

And somehow, we're told we're the problem. That our bodies, our responsibilities, our refusal to disappear, are inconvenient to the system.

Here's what we know: The system was never designed for us. It was designed for someone with a wife. by @unseenmultitasking

This is Unseen Multitasking. A platform for the women no one talks about, not because we're invisible, but because we're too busy doing everything to explain ourselves.

We're the ones answering emails from the sidelines of martial arts class while our daughters learn to kick. We're the ones watching the clock as the nanny's shift ends. We're the ones bringing our children into our workspaces because we refuse to push them to the margins of our lives. We know the rules you've written for us:

* Bring your child to work? You're not serious about your career.
* Stay late at the office? You're neglecting your family.

We're here to make the unseen visible. To hold up a mirror to a world that sees us everywhere—in playgrounds, offices, waiting rooms, parking lots, and the spaces between who we're expected to be and who we actually are—yet rarely acknowledges what it takes.

We're here because the infrastructure for our lives barely exists, and still, we build it ourselves. Every single day.

This is a place for the women carrying it all.

A place to tell the truth about the labor no one counts, the compromises no one sees, and the resilience no one rewards.

This is where we stop apologizing for doing the work that keeps the world turning.

Because if we stopped, everyone would notice. taken in New York City by @unseenmultitasking
