bread making series: recipe one it's fun trying things for the first time Ingredients: * 1 cup + 2 tbsp * 1 tsp yeast * 2¾cups APS * 1 tsp salt * Softened butter 3 tbsp Instructions In a bowl, mix yeast and milk. Add flour and mix until combined. Add salt and softened butter, then stretch and fold or coil fold until the butter is fully incorporated. Cover and let rest for 2 hours or until doubled in size. Place your pateela on the stove (the flow of gas should be touching your pan you've placed. Then divide the dough into equal portions. Shape each piece into a burger bun as shown in the video and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover for 15 minutes, brush with milk, then bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 380°F and continue baking until golden brown.(This is what the recipe said, I've added this part in case you wanna bake in the oven) As soon as they come out of the oven, brush it with butter (I forgot to do it😭) cover until completely cooled. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - (food cinematography, cooking videos, aesthetic cooking videos, cooking cinematography, aesthetic rural life, rural life, cooking asmr, asmr cooking, village life, food recipes, cooking recipes, recipes for home cooks, milk buns, baking, no oven baking, no egg, no oven recipe, bun recipe ) by @unsleepytuesday

this video is a year old, and the difference in my videography is huge. i keep asking myself, “what’s so special about these videos?” and tbh, i still don’t know. but one thing i can’t deny is that practice really does make you better. this was filmed with the same camera, at the same location, and edited with the same adjustments as my other videos. the only difference was the camera settings, and the result just was not up to my liking... - - - - - - - - - - - - - (food cinematography, cooking videos, aesthetic cooking videos, cooking cinematography, aesthetic rural life, rural life, cooking asmr, asmr cooking, snacks, aesthetic asmr cooking, pakore recipe, palak ke pakore) by @unsleepytuesday

i was never a breakfast person. growing up i'd directly have lunch but during my high school when i was living at my nani's she'd never let me leave the house without eating anything so she used to make me this (because chaye paratha would ick me) and i've been having this ever since. i dont know if she still makes this or not (bcz i dont go to spend days there) but i still do - - - - - - - - - (food cinematography, cooking videos, aesthetic cooking videos, cooking cinematography, aesthetic rural life, rural life, cooking asmr, asmr cooking, breakfast, aesthetic asmr cooking, hari chatni recipe, dhaniya mirch chatni) by @unsleepytuesday
