Brut Coffee — no notes, just a good cup. ☕

BRUT COFFEE, Midtown NYC. by @unspace_design

BRUT COFFEE: Inspired by Zen Garden & Brutalism in Architectural Design. #coffee by @unspace_design

On one side, a monolithic travertine wall — display carved directly into its mass, cavities of lit negative space replacing every shelf. Steps rise from the base like quarry strata. Below, cabinetry with no hardware of any kind, opened by foot alone.

On the other: a triangulated steel lattice derived from the pyramid motif of Maxaroma’s House of Dastan fragrance line, climbing floor to ceiling and continuing overhead as a faceted, light-traced canopy.

Heavy against light. Carved against constructed. Silent against luminous. A fragrance store that earns its authority not through abundance — but through the precision of what it leaves out. #maxaroma #interiorphotography by Christophe Randall #interiordesign #architecture #retaildesign storedesign luxuryinteriors archilovers archdaily geometricdesign sohonyc nycdesign unspaceinc maxaroma interiordesign architecture design interior luxury interiorarchitecture retaildesign storedesign architecturelovers archilovers archdaily luxuryinteriors modernarchitecture designinspiration interiorinspo minimalistdesign retailinterior geometricdesign sohonyc nycdesign fragranceboutique spatialdesign interiordetails unspaceinc maxaroma by @unspace_design
