Seriously - yall are the biggest highlight, I’m so grateful to have the kindest, thoughtful humans to teach and also be taught. It makes showing up worth every minute. To anyone who has taken my class, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I hope yoga changes you inside and out! ❤️‍🔥

2026 let’s make it our year, with more memories, more movement, and freedom to just be!

By far one of my favorite activities this summer was trying silk screen printing for the first time and I’m hooked. When Alex, one of my regulars, opened her studio up to us, I was so grateful for the experience to learn from an amazing artist and happy to have found a new medium for my creativity. 🎨💕

The pieces we made incorporate adinkra symbols from the Akan people and a quote from the great Audre Lorde. ✊🏾

Drop a comment and let me know if you would be interested in doing something like this! 👀

Still feeling sore from your Hyrox or recent race? Give these simple stretches a try! I know everyone’s attention span is fried, but most of these stretches you can do while also doomscrolling 🤗 and it will only take 10-15 minutes. Let’s move more this Monday! 💪🏾

1. Kneeling Lunge to Half Split: Tuck your tailbone in as you push your hips forward to release any lower back pressure. You can use blocks, books, or even a foam roller for your hands in the half split. 8-10 reps on each side.

2. One-Legged Floor Bow: You can use a towel, blanket, or band to help bring your foot closer to your glute. Lift your chest off of the ground to find a deeper stretch. Hold for 1-3 minutes before switching sides.

3. Bow Tie Pose: For individuals with bigger chests, bring a block underneath your forehead or cross your arms at a lower angle. Hold for 2 minutes before switching.

4. Supine Figure 4: Remember to tuck your tailbone down so your entire lower back is flat. Relax your shoulders away from your ears. Hold for 8-10 breaths before switching.

5. Hamstring Flossing: Press your leg into your palms instead of pulling your leg toward your chest. Keep your toes flexed. You can use a towel, blanket, or strap for easier access to grab your leg. 8-10 reps on each side.

6. Cow Face Arm Drills: Take these slow. You can use a towel, blanket, or band to help bring your hands closer to one another. Hold for 8-10 breaths before switching.

Give it a try and let me know what you discover in your body!

Late weekend recaps from teaching while in #yogasclupt training. It looks like a lot, and it definitely is, but I am always surprised how smooth these seemingly “packed” days flow.

The last pic has nothing to do with this besides I saw myself in those cards lol 💁🏾‍♀️😂❤️

I think I did more push-ups during this sculpt training than I have all year 😂💪🏾 who’s ready for a Sabre sculpt?!

This was my first time being in a yoga training since I got certified. It was a great lesson of svadhyaya (self-study) and I’m grateful for the opportunity to sharpen my knowledge and cues. It was incredible to see the growth exponentially from my peers and also fun to meet new potential teachers. Also very grateful for the lead teachers for pouring so much into us, in such a short time. Overall 10/10 experience even when I was tired and sore (still am🫩🥴).

Toned up Tuesday with my girl Timmy last month! 💪🏾We taught a sculpt/yoga class in City Center plaza and brought the heat. 😜 The best part was after teaching we ran through the bubbles like kids lol 💞
