Join us for this weeks Executive Speaker Series with special guest Vikas Goel, Chief Human Resources Officer at o9 Solutions.

Bio of the Lecturer(s):

Vikas Goel is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at o9 Solutions. Vikas has over 20 years of experience in the industry, starting as an Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from 1995 to 1996. Vikas then became a Director at i2 Technologies from 1998 to 2010, where they led the retail and consumer goods practice on the East Coast. Some of the major client engagements they managed included Target, Gap, Nestle, Barnes and Noble, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Lowe's, and Carnival Cruise Lines. In 2010, they became VP at JDA, where they managed strategic accounts like Wal-Mart, Saks 5th Avenue, Barnes and Noble, Bed Bath and Beyond. Their responsibilities included client relationships, sales, account management, delivery, and practice development.

Bio of the Lecturer(s):

Bo Harris has 19 years of experience in Sales and management with Fastenal Company. In 2007 he started with the company during his senior year at Texas A&M as an hourly Fulfillment center intern. Upon graduation later that year, he moved into an Account Manager role and took over a branch of his own in late 2008. He ran a very successful branch in Gainesville, TX which led to being promoted into the District Manager role in late 2012, and held that position until May of 2022 when he began his current position as a Regional Sales Manager.

Much of his career success stems from being an outside-the-box thinker, empowering those around him, and focusing on four core intangibles that he embraces in all interactions - Positivity, Communication, Collaboration, and Consistency. Bo lives in the North DFW area with his wife and two kids and is the acting Board President at Ector ISD, which he sat on since 2015.

Bio of the Lecturer(s):

Jeff Trykoski is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Services and Transformation at Ruiz Foods. He oversees inventories, S&OP, procurement, transportation, and warehousing. Jeff, a member of Ruiz Foods’ Operating Committee, reports to the President and CEO.

With over 25 years in the consumer-packaged goods industry, he joined Ruiz in 2022 from Tyson Foods, where he led warehousing operations. Previously, he spent 22 years at PepsiCo/Frito-Lay in various roles. Jeff holds a BBA from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Join us for this weeks Executive Speaker Series with special guest Len Batcha, CFO and President of Technical Transportation.

Bio of the Lecturer:
Len Batcha joined Technical Transportation, Inc. as president in 1997, became CFO in 2020, and currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors with a 10% ownership share. He oversees all facets of operations, including accounting, customer service, logistics, IT, quality systems, facilities, marketing, and sales. Technical Transportation specializes in logistics for electronics, telecommunications, medical industries, and more.

Previously, Len was the director of warehouse technology at Catalyst International, Inc., and spent 15 years at Abbott Laboratories in distribution and logistics. He holds a BA in Industrial Technology from Kent State University and has pursued post-graduate studies at the University of North Texas.
