Before I ever recommend a property to a client, I experience it the way they would.

Morning coffee overlooking the palms.

How the breeze moves through the cloisters at sunset.

Set along Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island, it balances Bahamian ease with timeless elegance. Versailles-style gardens, oceanfront villas, and a quiet sophistication that never feels overwhelming.

You can feel why it has been chosen as a cinematic backdrop, and why it continues to host celebrations that deserve something extraordinary.
