The University of Northwestern Women’s Basketball team is excited to announce its first Hoops for Homes campaign. For every point the Eagles score in the 2024-25 season, Hoops for Homes participants will donate a designated amount that will go towards building projects for families in the Dominican Republic. We will work with Score International and their local construction ministry to complete the projects.

The UNW Women’s Basketball team has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Score International serving in the Dominican Republic. In the past 15 years, UNW WBB has taken 4 mission trips to the Dominican Republic, serving in multiple capacities in the local communities. Score has been serving the communities in the Dominican Republic from their base in Juan Dolio for the past 25 years.

If you would like to partner with us in this new endeavor please click the link in our bio or reach out to Coach Kahl at Arkahl@unwsp.edu taken in University of Northwestern – St. Paul by @unwwbb

🚨Katie DeWitt enters the UNW Athletics Hall of Fame TOMORROW 🚨

DeWitt put together one of the most dominant and well-rounded careers in Northwestern Women’s Basketball history. She was a 1,000-point scorer and 500-rebound performer while having a career scoring average of 20.2 points per game. Her influence showed up across every facet of the game, finishing among the program’s top performers in rebounds, shooting, and assists, while also setting the standard defensively as the program’s all-time leader in defensive rebounds. We are so proud of Katie and cannot wait to celebrate her! 🏆 Congrats @kmdew012 🥳 by @unwwbb
