A little stronger. A little more confident. A little more capable than the last time. 💪 Every class, every rep, every challenge adds up. You don’t have to be stronger than anyone else, just stronger than you were the last time you showed up. Stronger every time. That’s the way @up4movement 🙂‍↕️🙌🏼🔥 by @up4movement

The seasons are changing… That means darker mornings & evenings are coming our way and we may have the garage closed more often than not. But one thing remains true, movement brings us joy, it keeps our bodies moving and warm, and it keeps us surrounded by community that we can’t make it through the cold months without!! 🔥🤗 by @up4movement
For those of you who don’t know… Up4movement has a Pilates studio in downtown chesterton🤭 we exclusively run Align & ignite classes at the sculpt studio and class credits can be used at either one of our locations. So if you’re passing through town, it’s on your way home from work, or you’ve recently found yourself in Chesterton more often we would be happy to show you our second studio & introduce you to the small town basement vibes you’ve been missing out on 🤍✨ by @up4movement
