hey! i’m nydia — founder & owner of UPALV🌟

i’ve always been the type to do a little bit of everything…bodybuilding, running, powerlifting, and everything in between
it’s never really been about the sport, more about having somewhere to go, mentally.

over time, movement became my comfort space.

UPALV started as a small idea…just me wanting to open up that space to other people in case they needed it too.

a run club turned family. a space where for a moment we can get out of our heads and into motion…un paso a la vez.☀️
