🇬🇧
The shoulder feels better. But is it ready to return to sport?

After a dislocation, pain may decrease before strength, stability and neuromuscular control are fully restored.

That’s why physiotherapy is essential: rebuilding shoulder function, progressing step by step and guiding a safe return to sport.

Being pain-free doesn’t mean being ready to play. Returning too soon increases the risk of recurrence. by @uperform_officialpage
