The Ferryman with @mattysense has been out for a couple of weeks now so I thought it was a good time to share a few of my other favourite Sense tracks. If you don't know, thank me later!

Shout to all the producers on these tracks too!

In no particular order...

1. No Celebration (Sense and Philth) - gnarly as fook - a dark minimal roller which is right up my street, with bars to live by... "I've got Banksy's back, no hesitation / I'm in it for the art, no celebration... I am higher than them, no levitation"

2. Two Planets (Sense, Zero T, Ishfaq) - part love story, part Brian Cox documentary - a real thing of beauty... "it's like they're made of the same stuff, the same rocks, same dust, traced back to day one / creation - it started with a bang, inflation, then we started to expand".

3. Contra (Sense, Hex, Shodan) - a very naughty stepper indeed, and any tune referencing Goldeneye on N64 wins the day for me... "I got that classic sound, 90s Prototype, Oddjob, golden gun, 4 player Goldeneye, Peckham for a night out / in a sense, Sense is just a hideout"

4. Rat King (Sense and F3NG) - dancefloor destroyer and a great track to run to!... "I trod the stage till I can't physically stand up / I told the truth till I was swimming in the bad blood / I don't get wheeled out for pictures or back rubs, I get smoke signals to spit good and smash clubs"

5. Ravanelli (Sense and Philth) - adventure time! Wicked sense of humour over a huge track... "Welcome to the mysterious adventures of Sense / like most things, this'd sound better in French / I'm very intense, hmmm, that's like Glastonbury / I am not your friend, just an adversary"

Round Sheffield Run!

Lots of walking (and not just in the breaks between timed stages) but still had a blast. Some cracking views and the weather was perfect - even blessed us with a few showers which were very much welcome after the heat of this week.

Always funny hearing people who aren't from Sheffield complain about hills, but I still hate them too and don't seem to be getting any better at them - I was faster last year! 😅

The Nightlife Long Run!

Sorry to post running content on here but I think this falls under music stuff too which is what this page was intended for 🤣🔊

I wanted to mix things up and give some added purpose to today's long run, so I had the idea of including a photo stop at each of the Sheffield venues I've ever played DJ sets 🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️

Just over half a marathon later... mission accomplished!

Here's the list:

Octagon // The Tuesday Club // Bar One // The Harley // Forum // Blend Kitchen // Cole's Corner // Glass Frog // Abbeydale Picture House Speakeasy Bar // Network // Plot 22 // Hope Works // Church (Temple of Fun) // Dryad Works

Threw in a lap of Hillsborough park to extend the distance and ended up with my longest single run ever!

We've sadly lost a few of these great places in recent years - a timely reminder to support your local venue 🫂

Shout to all the promoters for booking me, the venues for having me, DJ's and MCs I've supported and performed with and anyone who ever came along to shake a leg. 🕺💃🪩

Hopefully we'll get to do it again sometime soon! 💚

Last night was my idea of DnB heaven as a DJ... a small but busy dark room with a thumping sound system (Sinai, say no more) and a crowd who were up for it, right from my opening set onwards 🥰

Special shout out to the first people in the room who get the dance going. Literal party starters 🥳🔊🕺🪩💃🔊
