From 100 students… to 1 perfectly average legend. 🏆

Our Most Average Student Challenge turned into a full-day rollercoaster with 5 intense rounds, unexpected twists and way too much suspense for something “average”. 😅 The winner? Walking away with 1 year of free student housing and a full year of free Tout Bien’kes.

Proof that being average has never been this extraordinary. 🏠🍺 taken in Wintercircus, Gent by @upkot

Tips from someone who's figured student life out by now. 🤪 We sat down with Wannes, who's spending his final year as an Upkotter ànd student altogether, and asked him to share his, and our community's best tips. ☝️

Moving into your first kot? Starting your first year? Save this video for later or send it to a friend who needs it. Got a tip of your own? Drop it in the comments. Your advice might save someone else. 🤝 #studentlife #kotleven #firstyearstudent #studenthousing #studenttips by @upkot

Went to the Costa Brava for a break. Came back with a bae. 🐔❤️🐔

Meet Rebecca, the chick who stole Riley's heart somewhere between the tapas and the sunset. He says it was love at first cluck. 🌅 Summer flings usually don't last, but these two are egg-ceptional. 🥚✨ We're rooting for them! #roadtripriley #summerlove by @upkot

🥦 Seasonal veggies on a student budget. Today's dish: one-pot pasta with broccoli & spinach. Both in season right now, both cooked in the same pot as your pasta. Minimal mess, maximum flavor.

💶 Total cost: €11.75 (pasta, cheese & freezer pots included + reusable for next time)
🍽️ 4 portions: 3 stashed in the freezer for a busy week
➕ Pro tip: spice it up with some Boursin or bacon strips
📲 Save this for your next grocery run.

Seasonal, healthy, cheap that's the whole point of this series. 🌱 See you next month with another Seasonal Student Recipe! #seasonalveggies #sustainablerecipes #tip #studentrecipe #easy #cheap #loweffort by @upkot

Remember our 5 students on the road with Riley? Here’s how the second half of their Costa Brava adventure went. 🚐

They paddled through water so turquoise it looked unreal, hiked out to secret little coves and ended every day at a table full of great food. Not a bad way to wrap up the roadtrip. 🌅

A heartfelt shout-out to @kriskrasreizen for guiding the group so well and putting together such a fun programme. 💛

Dreaming of joining a group trip yourself? Check out KrisKras and sign up for the next one! #roadtripriley #kriskrasreizen #upkot #costabrava taken in Costa Brava, Spain by @upkot

Clélia has been part of the Upkot coach team for a while now, and now she's taking over our biggest and newest project yet, Do Upkot. 🏡✨ She brings nothing but enthusiasm and positive energy to it, and loves bringing people together.

💛 With her warm and caring personality, Clélia always has an eye out for others. She believes it's important that students feel welcome, comfortable, and at home, even when they're far away from family.

🎨 Creativity runs through everything she does, and she can't wait to build a warm, close-knit community together with Upkot's students.

One thing's for sure: for a smile, a listening ear, or a cozy chat, Clélia is exactly who you're looking for. Give her a big welcome in the comments! #newcoach #doupkot #mons #community taken in Upkot by @upkot
