✨ What a night. Last night was out of this world.🌍

🍻 Before we headed in, we had a drink in the office with the team and said how proud we are of all the hard work they’ve put in over the last 1️⃣2️⃣ months. They’ve absolutely smashed it achieving amazing results and going above and beyond for our clients and for us as business owners.

🏆 We said win or lose we’d celebrate… then we only went and WON and celebrate we did. 🎉

🙌 To be picked by the judges as Scotland’s Best Estate Agent is unbelievable. The Herald Property Awards are all about the best of the best, so to be recognised in that company was something else.

🙌 Massive thanks to everyone who’s been part of this last year, our brilliant partners, our amazing clients, and you.🫵

1️⃣ I love how spacious the flat feels throughout, especially the open plan kitchen and living area. There's plenty of room to relax and entertain without ever feeling cramped. The kitchen has loads of storage, and having everything integrated makes it really practical while keeping the whole space looking neat and modern.

2️⃣ The location is incredibly convenient for everyday life. Lidl and the nearby retail park are only a few minutes away, which makes shopping and running errands really easy. It's lovely knowing that pretty much everything I need is close to home.

3️⃣ Getting around from here is so straightforward. Having quick access to both the M74 and M8 makes travelling for work, visiting family or heading further afield really convenient. It's one of those things that makes everyday life that little bit easier.

4️⃣ I've always found the neighbourhood really quiet, and I've been lucky to have such good neighbours in the building. We also have a WhatsApp group for the flats, which is really handy if there are ever any issues or something needs organising. It's a lovely community to be part of.

5️⃣ One of my favourite things about the flat is watching the sunsets from the living room and kitchen windows. During the summer, the evening sunlight lights up the whole space and creates such a beautiful atmosphere. It's a lovely way to end the day and something I'll really miss

5️⃣ The brilliant Muirhead location. We love being able to walk to shops, schools, our GP and lovely restaurants. Having everything so close makes everyday life incredibly convenient.
