Don't miss the last @ashlandmafm tomorrow!! We are bringing all the delicious greens, and roots plus the first buternut and sweet potatoes of the season, our famous cauliflower, delicata, garlic, shallots, fresh ginger and more.

Plus the dahlias have made an outstanding final showing (see our stories for photos) and you have got to take some home with you to keep a little bit of summer alive in your home for the cold frosty morning that is coming Sunday.

Thank you for shopping with us this season. See you at the @ashlandmafm Thanksgiving market the Saturday before Thanksgiving, 10-1. Thats TEN to One. by @upswingfarm

We saved the dahlias from frost!
Overhead water between 3am and 7am Wednesday morning kept the cold from settling on the plants.

We have loads of dahlia bouquets headed to the Ashland Farmers Market @ashlandmafm tomorrow - along with lots of excellent organic produce.

And, because we picked hard before the frost there are some bouquets left from the stand this week that are on sale! $20 each, 2 for $35. They are in the walk-in cooler in the farm stand - self serve, just Venmo Upswing Farm or pay us during regular farm stamd hours next week: Wed+Thurs 1pm-6pm

We also got all the sweet potatoes (13,000 pounds!) out of the field and into a curing chamber to help them sweeten up and store all winter long! We will start sending them to market next Saturday, and have them in the CSA share the following week. Sweet potatoes is in my top five favorite crops. It's the vegetable you could live the longest on if it were the only food available. by @upswingfarm

The best part is that it comes from this amazing organic local farm and the other best part is that I never ever have to buy grocery store ginger (ick)

Truly so grateful to get our veggies year round from @upswingfarm in Pepperell MA 🤩

Summer is throwing us a goodbye party and the food and decorations are beautiful and abundant!!

We have sales on green beans, carrots, sweet peppers and flowers at market and we want YOU to come stock up. Sales will be available in the stand on Wednesday and Thursday as well.

Fall is bringing delicata and acorn squash to the party...and we even have a few bins of potatoes. Don't worry, there will be LOTS more produce for the rest of the farmers market.

Thank you all for making this, yet again, our best season ever. by @upswingfarm

Better late than never? We had some connectivity issues and had to give up trying to get this post to load this morning before market, but look at what we sold! We had a great market, sold all the flowers, so many veggies, and still were able to fill a hatchback with produce to donate to Project Just Because. I am so grateful for the volunteers who come and pick up our donation to deliver to the pantry. And they help us clean up! We are very lucky. by @upswingfarm
