🐶✨ COOKIE’S WEEKLY OUTING!

Training doesn’t stop at home! 🏡🐾

Taking your dog into public environments is an important part of building confidence, improving obedience, and teaching them how to navigate real-world distractions.

From busy store aisles to unfamiliar surroundings, every outing is an opportunity to reinforce commands, practice impulse control, and build trust between dog and handler.

The goal isn’t just to have a dog that listens at home — it’s to have a dog that can confidently listen ANYWHERE! 💪🏽🐕

At Uptown K9, we believe real progress happens when training meets real life.

Obedience. Confidence. Real-world results.

Real-life training = real results. 🐾

We take your dog out into the world — grocery stores, busy aisles, distractions and all — because that’s where it matters most. Watch Cookie hold her down stay, heel on a loose leash, all while people are walking around us.

This is what boarding & training actually looks like. No shortcuts, just real scenarios that set your dog up for success wherever life takes you.

Ask yourself🫵🏾: How will your dog do in these scenarios?

📩 DM us to learn more about our boarding training program.

His dog was barking and lunging… but watch how a TRAINED dog responds. 👀🐕
No pulling. No barking back. No chaos. Just calm, focus, and complete trust in his handler.
Dog training isn’t just about teaching commands. It’s about preparing your dog to remain under control when the unexpected happens.

Be honest: How would your dog react in this situation? 👇

Save this video and send it to a dog owner who needs to see it!

🐩 HARPER’S TRANSFORMATION — IN REAL TIME

Andrea came into this session with specific behaviors she wanted to see change in Harper — and we put those concerns to the test.

From building calmness and impulse control to teaching Harper how to listen, hold position, and stay focused around distractions, the goal was to create changes that actually carry over into everyday life.

The best part? Andrea got to see the training working right in front of her. 👏🏽

This is what dog training is about:
Clear communication. Structure. Consistency. Results.

Small steps. Big confidence.

Watching a dog overcome a little fear is a reminder that confidence isn’t built overnight—it’s built through patience, trust, and consistent training. 💪🐶

At Uptown K9, we help dogs work through challenges at their own pace, turning uncertainty into confidence one win at a time.

Because sometimes, the biggest breakthroughs start with the smallest steps. ❤️
