Free Listening is structured in a way that volunteers can go out on their own anytime and anywhere, whether or not Free Listening groups exist in their cities or countries. We recommend sharing about the movement with some friends and seeing if they'd be willing to go Free Listening with you. 😊

💌 The last Friday of EVERY month is dedicated to Free Listening. This is an opportunity for volunteers to practice and participate in Free Listening out on the street. So, grab a friend, make a Free Listening sign, find a safe spot, and allow people to share with you whatever is on their mind! Visit our website → click on the EVENTS tab → Free Listening Fridays.

💌 A group of volunteers in Vienna, Austria will be hosting a Free Listening event at the end of March at Mariahilfer Straße! If you are in Vienna and would like to join, reach out to them via @circularvienna (email: listening@thelearningstreet.org). And if you are in Vienna and are in need of being heard, keep your eyes peeled for volunteers with Free Listening signs, ready to listen.

💌 Every year on April 11th, we celebrate Free Listening Day hosted in cities around the U.S. and abroad! Free Listening Day is an opportunity for the entire world to unite through the power of compassionate, non-judgmental listening, and offer another person the opportunity to be seen, to be known and to be loved.
