🤍instructor alert: miss edie pugh🤍

Our favorite firecracker who will keep you low pulsing in the most calm cool and collected tone. Edie is deadly on the floor and a marshmallow in real life. We’ve been so lucky to have her the past 4 years at Urban Core. When she’s not at the studio, you can find her at church, thrifting, or playing with her cats. Edie loves a good deadlift variation or spider kick! Her favorite thing about UC is the community. Ohh and did you know she’s getting married at the end of the year!! We’re so lucky to have this queen! Come see her every Tue/Wed/Thurs/Fri and some weekends!!
