I’ve lived in Fort Lauderdale for nearly a decade, and this corner, once an Outback Steakhouse, is now an abandoned Chow Won Steakhouse. It’s been like this for years, and I’m surprised that on a great corner like this, another tenant hasn’t come and snatched it up. I want to learn more about why it's been left abandoned—I’m super curious. Anyone else drive by the intersection of Cypress Creek and North Federal Highway and think the same thing? by @urbansoflo

What was once an abandoned office building is now shaping up to be one of Uptown Urban Village's most luxurious living spaces. Mayla Cypress Creek is sure to bring some new faces and vibes to the area! Super excited for the transformation! by @urbansoflo

I came across this sign yesterday and want to learn more about zoning and the Uptown Urban Village project!
