Walmart run with Luna + a little treat for me 🍊 found @takearecess in the new Mood + Mind section and grabbed the Orange Vanilla.

Love that it has magnesium L-threonate, L-theanine + lemon balm for a chill functional sparkling treat at the end of the day. I also packed these and the mocktails as my can allowance for our summer cruise.🤍

This month is always a busy one for us—three birthdays, back-to-school for Luna, back-to-school for me as a professor, and whatever else somehow makes its way onto the calendar. It’s usually one of the hardest and most overwhelming months of the year for me.

And somehow, this year, it was also one of the best months of my life.

So many beautiful moments, a lot to be grateful for, and one very big bucket-list moment checked off: seeing Gorillaz live… from the barricade! On my birthday, no less. 🖤 taken in Miami, Florida by @urbanwit
