The final week of Greenspoint. Having been here while it had a security presence, where every step required careful calculation & voices could only be spoken in the softest whispers, walking the halls in their absence was the most surreal feeling I've ever had exploring. I explored the last week of September from Tuesday-Friday, having conversations with other explorers getting their last glimpses & joining other urbex creators on their last photoshoots, even seeing parts of the mall I'd never seen open prior to demolition being announced. Props to the guy who painstakingly pulled the old Christmas decorations out & set them up & a MAJOR fuck you to whoever set the theater on fire and was opening all the fire hose valves. I might post more of my pictures from here later, what a week I had here by @urbex_jon.htx

Minneapolis & the outskirts of Stillwater, I gotta say I won't miss this city but congratulations to my friend on his newfound marriage. It was well worth the trip to attend & I'm glad to have been invited taken in Minneapolis, Minnesota by @urbex_jon.htx

This is the first of 2 stained glass focused posts featuring 2 churches, one with possibly the most beautiful glasswork I've seen on a building. I'd only seen a couple pictures of it prior & was blown away by the vibrancy & the detail on the image of Jesus. The other, unfortunately suffering from slight fire & glass damage, featured 2 more pristine depictions of Him, rightfully untouched by vandalism. This is also my first post using Lightroom, I'm still learning but to me these came out great. Part of me wanted to tone down the colors for the first church but seeing as it really looked like that in person, I let them shine. A gracious thank you to @urbex.phobos @melancholic.wayfarer & @b_urbex1 for giving me these opportunities & for coming along

Somewhere hidden deep in an abandoned storage lot far from civilization lies the remains of 3 Leopard I tanks. Once meant to stop a potential invasion from Soviet troops, they now sit decaying in a foreign land. Having outlived the threat they were intended to fight and losing their purpose for which they were brought to America, they truly are a one of a kind find. I spent literal months scouring hundreds of square miles on Google Maps to eventually find these by utter chance (so don't even ask for loc you're not gonna get it)

It looks like nothing special, but this farm was my first ever true "urbex spot" and I'd go as far as saying my first love. In just biking distance from where I lived, I'd spend hours every day after school biking the gravel roads through this property & hanging out in this hangar. Next door was the farmhouse and storage sheds, though I have no pictures left from them. I wish I took more, but at this time I was more focused on just living in the moment. As time went on, the land was bought by developers, the gravel roads were paved over & replaced with Mason & Jack Rd, & the house was destroyed for a pointless manmade pond. All that remains now is the gravel driveway to the hangar's foundation, now used to access an electrical unit

First urbex road trip started off strong with an early morning explore of 2 massive chapels, thanks to @urbex.phobos & @melancholic.wayfarer for showing the way & making it possible. Also my first time trying out masking edits (slides 4, 11, & 16), with more time & practice I should get better at them. Slide 11 might be my new favorite picture, just something about it speaks to me.
