I may not have known what kind of father he would be when we were only 12, but I knew there was something extraordinary. @mgorsegner is all the things my kids need a dad to be, but most of all, he supports their adventures. Case in point today….they are literally all over the world chasing dreams. Happy Father’s Day to the man who drives miles for games, leaves early for airport pickups and books travel in Europe (and that’s just today) ❤️ by @urbs_00

It’s been six years since my surgery and I can honestly say that sometimes I have to remind myself of my limitations. There are still things that I can’t do, but they’ve been replaced with new challenges and new accomplishments. I don’t know if I’m still getting better and recovering, but what’s my option? To give up? That’s just not me. So I continue to grind and push myself to new baselines, new limits. Relentless. Forward. Motion. by @urbs_00
