Hillbilly Havoc 4 S: 700 (39 lb PR) B: 424.4 (22 lb PR) D: 644.9 (11 lb PR) T: 1769.2 DOTS 529.37 I don’t really know what to say that I haven’t said the last 3 meets. Every year I somehow top last years meet. But this one’s special. After last year I felt I had peaked. I mean, 500 dots, 1700 total, 300 keys squat. What more could I possibly do or want? But somehow I pulled this out of my ass. Idec that I came in second again 😂😂 @ipa.wv.powerlifting @jividen_ put on a hell of a meet. There’s not too many local meets with this caliber of competitors. spotter and judges did a great job. I wrote this prep up myself, but huge shoutout to @jeffelian for all the advice and wisdom along the way. Appreciate you guys making the drive up to be apart of it. Big thanks to all my friends that were there or messaging for updates. @withrow_97 @aimeeasbury @cbread_muat @big_john522 @jfields087 @dieseldan222 Lastly my way better half, @alexisssraee. Without whom none of this would be possible. Thank you for all the sacrifices you make for me and our family. I love you always ♥️ by @urfvrtwizzard
@ipa.wv.powerlifting Hillbilly Havoc III recap Squat: 661.5 33 lbs PR Bench: 402.4 tied my best Deadlift: 639.45 22 lbs PR Total: 1703 55 lbs PR First and foremost I want to give a special thanks to my beautiful fiancé @alexisssraee, for spending our anniversary at a powerlifting meet and for always supporting me in everything I do. @jeffelian for making sure I’m always ready, always answering the phone when I need him too, driving 7 hours to handle me at a stupid powerlifting meet 😂😂 and being a solid coach and friend. A lot of goals were hit this meet. 300 kilo squat, 1700+ total, and 500+ DOTS. Crazy enough, it didn’t win the meet. But grateful it was a teammate and training partner @certified_dumbbitch, who chipped me once again lmao @jividen_ put on a hell of a meet. It’s dope to have a local meet where some of the WV big dogs show up, it’s amazing that I’m even holding a candle to some of these guys. @efrancis3378 @frontal_calm @dieseldan222 @certified_dumbbitch @cbread_muat it was a pleasure. Proud of Team Elian and the rest of the Diesel Strength crew. Y’all showed up. The only thing that was missing was my miss Laila, so I chose our favorite song, from her favorite movie ♥️♥️ by @urfvrtwizzard
Competed in my first strongman comp yesterday. 1st event Log clean and press Took first with 270 2nd event Wagon wheel deadlift 545 for reps Tied for first with 9 reps. First rep didn’t count due to rushing the down command 3rd event Incline log Took first with 9 reps 4th event Loading medley 150 pound widow maker, 260ish sandbag, 270ish keg Took 3rd in this event 5th event Conan wheel 510 pounds I think Placed second to last 😅😅 Had a lot of fun with the gym family, was able to bring home the win. This was a new experience for me, and definitely something I’d want to dabble some more in the future. Big thanks to my coach @jeffelian. Came a long way in the past few years. Excited for the future. @alexisssraee is the real MVP as always. I love you so much. by @urfvrtwizzard

Miss Laila and myself took full advantage of a random snow day. She then hustled me out of breakfast, 3 pairs for new shoes, and new soccer stuff. My best bud ♥️ by @urfvrtwizzard

Haven’t made a post in a minute The forbidden stance 405x5x1 495x2x1 The way god intended 405x5x3 Was going to give hook grip a shot with the sumo to kind of hold me back some, but unfortunately it’s going to hold me back to much and I don’t have the time or the patience. Plus my mobility it feeling fine, so mixed isn’t an issue. by @urfvrtwizzard
