Cyber Week Case Study 👏

Paid strategy & content. The two go hand-in-hand 🤝

Off the back of a discount heavy, saturated Black Friday Cyber Monday period, it’s interesting to reflect & report on performance insights.

The common denominator across my clients & managed accounts? Cutting through a cluttered advertising landscape was led with content depth & diversity at the forefront of the paid strategy.

Time & time again native content was the prevailing creative type that was winning when built against a mix of campaign imagery/video, product catalogs etc.

More than this, while some was pulled from a bank of existing native content, 90% of this content was created specially for the purposes of Black Friday … with promo hook messaging, customer problem(s) product/service solution(s), features & benefits, as well as relevant CTAs weaved throughout.

The below piece of content was created specifically for the wonderful @gochlo_pilates for use across paid channels, noting the importance of community-led native content as part of her content mix.

The result?
ROAs = 14.02
CPA = $15.45
CTR = 2.76%

If it isn’t obvious, strategic UGC is a force to be reckoned with & if you’re not utilising it across your social & digital channels as a way to diversify your content mix and reach different target audiences — get in touch to get started at alexandracweymouth@gmail.com !
