✨ Some moments are even more special when you share them with the people you love most. 🥹

I got to unbox my Miss Maryland USA Crown sash with my little cousins, and they might be the cutest sidekicks I could have asked for! 🥰 They had SO many questions about pageantry, and I loved getting to tell them all about it.

I’m beyond excited to represent Maryland and to be a voice for our youth. Moments like this remind me who I’m doing it for. 👑🤍

My parents never had the chance to go to college, so education has always meant everything to me. 🎓

I became the first in my family to earn a bachelor’s degree, then went on to earn my master’s in International Development Studies at George Washington University’s Elliott School, one of the leading international affairs schools in the world. Along the way, I was honored to be an America 2050 Fellow and secretary of the Elliott School Graduate Board.

Everything I’ve accomplished traces back to the sacrifices my parents made. 🤍💙

Honored to spend Breast Cancer Awareness Month as an @uber ambassador at the Congressional Women’s Softball Game! 🥎✨

This cause means so much to me. I’ve lost mentors and loved ones to breast cancer, and some of my friends are fighting it now.

Helping support an event that raised a record‑breaking $882K for the Young Survival Coalition was truly special. Can’t wait for next year! 💗

Eight years ago, I walked this campus as a student. This past weekend, I walked back onto it as the alumna guest speaker for the @cohenhonorswsu Induction Ceremony. 💛🖤

Standing in front of this year’s first-year class and their families, I reflected on my own first year at Wichita State, how unsure I was, and how being part of the Honors College really challenged me to find my voice.

I shared my leadership journey, where it started, where it's taken me, and how none of it looked the way I originally planned, in hopes of inspiring these students as they begin navigating their own. The detours mattered just as much as the destination.

This wouldn’t have been possible without my mentor, Dr. Redger-Marquardt, who has invited me to speak with Honors students as a virtual guest lecturer for the past six years. I’m so grateful for mentors like her, the ones from college who are still in my life today, continuing to open doors and believe in me.

Wichita State will always have a special place in my heart. 🌾

I love my job! I’m truly blessed to have so many opportunities to mentor and give back to the youth in my community.

It was such an honor partnering with @nfl and @gatorade to help kick off their movement to keep students active, healthy, and ready to be their best selves through flag football! Through the partnership, we’ll be providing 1,000 FLAG-In-School kits to schools! 🏈

Can’t wait to watch this movement grow and to keep showing up for the next generation however I can. 💛❤️

ONE. MONTH. 👑😱🥳

One month until I officially check in for @theusacrown and I literally cannot wait!!

What I love most about this whole journey is how it’s pushed me to become the best version of myself through:

👠 Channeling my inner runway queen in the studio
🗣️ Learning to trust my voice, one mock interview at a time
⭐️ Mentoring and showing up for the youth who remind me why this all matters
🏈 Discovering a whole new level of strength on the flag football field
🥗 Actually nourishing my body instead of just feeding it
🏋🏻‍♀️ And grinding it out at the gym even on the days I didn't want to

This process has given me so much more than a competition. It’s given me growth (and a lot of fun!). And I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

30 days on the clock. ⏰
Let’s finish this chapter strong. 👑✨

Got to meet the beautiful @usacrowndc and I am just overflowing with gratitude! 🥹👑

This is one of the things I love most about this journey — the sisterhood. The support, the encouragement, the way we lift each other up at every turn. It means more than words can say.

A little over ONE month out from meeting ALL my sister queens and I could not be more excited. Let’s go, ladies. 💫✨

One of the most important things to me is my platform, MentorSHIP: Sailing to Success.

Growing up, I was embarrassed by how I looked and sounded. I lacked confidence and never believed in myself. It wasn’t until college, when I found mentors of my own, that everything started to change.

Now, my mission is to spread the power of mentorship through Awareness, Action, and Advocacy: reaching 500k+ people on social media, distributing my MentorSHIP Journey Journal to 250+ students across 3 states, and meeting with 22 state legislators to push for mentorship funding.

Because the right mentor doesn’t just guide you, they help you become someone you didn’t know you could be. 👑🦋✨
