PVRPSE x USA GYM 🇺🇸

USA Gym was an absolute blast! This old school bodybuilding gym is a piece of history. So many legendary bodybuilders trained here, and the legacy continues. With the amount of energy, metal plates, and the strive to always be better, this gym is home for some. The signature hoodie ✍️ was a hit at the show - with only 3 remaining before they are gone FOREVER! Also, paired with the warrior cut offs and signature pump covers.

It was an honor to meet so many bodybuilders who will perform later this year in the 2026 NPC shows. Getting the opportunity to grow and connect with the community is such a pleasure and something PVRPSE is so grateful for. For we understand, the gym is more than fitness. This is our PVRPSE!

Congratulations to my workout partner, my brother, and my teammate, @always_addweight on earning your IFBB Pro Card! What an incredible achievement. You didn’t just make your dream come true you also brought another IFBB Pro Card home to Chicago, Illinois, making our bodybuilding community proud.

This has been a dream we’ve talked about for years, and seeing you achieve it is something I’ll never forget. You truly deserve this. I’ve seen the hard work, the sacrifices, the discipline, and the consistency you put in every single day. I’m incredibly proud of you, brother. This is only the beginning.

A big thank you to NPC Illinois @npcillinois for giving athletes like us such a strong platform to compete, grow, and prepare for the national stage. The experience and competition here have helped shape us into better athletes.

Thank you to USA Gym @usagyminc for providing an incredible place to train. Without a doubt, one of the best old-school gyms in the Midwest. Special thanks to Mr. Chuck Sano and Michelle for always believing in us and supporting us throughout the journey.

Certainly everyone doesn’t understand bodybuilding-or at least why someone would want to do it competitively. Restrictive diets, every calorie weighed/measured/tracked for months…training twice a day some days…high amounts of cardio…it’s A LOT.

Why I do it? 100% for me. For my discipline. To show myself I can do whatever I set my mind to. To have complete control over my body after feeling completely OUT of control of it this last year. I’ve trained as a bodybuilder for the last 8 years..but my decision to jump back into a show was not at all about the “show day” excitement and extravagance around it (if you know me, you know I don’t care about any of that), but completely about the me vs. me and control over my circumstances and my body.

I know many-maybe even most-of my friends and family don’t understand the sport, or why anyone would WANT to do it lol…but my people have SHOWN UP for me. Despite you not “getting it”, you knew what I’ve been through this last year, and how much I kept inside…how little I talked about being scared, the “what ifs” that ran through my mind constantly…and you supported me through this goal. You didn’t necessarily get it, but you got ME. Iron sharpens iron. You know who you are, and I pray you know what it’s meant to me 🤍 taken in USA Gym Inc by @usagyminc
