The National Peanut Board made a stop at Oklahoma State University earlier today for a special event! They handed out free peanuts, shirts, bags and hats to encourage Cowboys to add more peanuts to their day!

#USAPeanutsPartner 🥜 A new little milestone with our baby girl! 🥹🤎

Even after three babies, I’m still learning new things! I honestly didn’t realize that peanut-containing foods can be introduced around 4-6 months, depending on your baby’s readiness and guidance from your healthcare provider.

We partnered with @usapeanuts to introduce peanut-containing foods to our baby girl for the first time, and I loved getting to bring you guys along for the moment. 🥹 Because food allergy symptoms can develop within minutes of eating a food, but may occur up to two hours after ingestion, we made sure to keep a close eye on her afterward. Introducing peanut-containing foods early and continuing to offer them regularly may help reduce the risk of developing a peanut allergy.

If your little one is getting close to this stage too, talk with your healthcare provider and visit LittlePeanut.tips to learn more about getting started safely. 🥜🤎

High Protein Spicy Peanut Tuna Tostadas
Crispy tostadas, creamy avocado, spicy tuna, and a crunchy peanut finish? Yes, please. It’s Not Nuts. It’s Peanuts.

1 can tuna in water, drained
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
Juice of 1 lime
Tostadas
1 ripe avocado, sliced
Chopped roasted peanuts, for garnish
Additional sriracha, for serving (optional)

Mix the tuna, peanut butter, sriracha, and lime juice until creamy. Top each tostada with avocado slices, spoon the tuna mixture over, drizzle with extra sriracha if you like it spicy, and finish with chopped roasted peanuts for the perfect crunch.

Save this recipe for your next easy lunch!

Rain in the forecast, Jaguars in full force. 🌧️🐆

@uofsouthalabama turned a soggy gameday into a party. Tailgates stayed loud, the Jaguar Marching Band and the cheer crew brought the noise, and with families in town for the weekend the whole lot showed up. The peanut truck was the spot all afternoon: step inside the mobile museum, beat the rain, and get your Peanut Protein on!

Big love to @alpeanuts for weathering it right alongside us. Turns out peanuts and a little rain mix just fine.

Stop 7, Mobile. Go Jags. 💙

🥜 STOP 6: THE GATORS TOOK A CHOMP. ✅

Six schools in and The Swamp might have set the bar for snack enthusiasm. Between the peanut wheel, the hacky sack that somehow never touched the ground, and a steady rotation of students behind the squirrel head running their own DJ sets, UF turned a Tuesday into a full-blown block party.

Here is the thing about Florida peanuts: this state grows a serious chunk of the country’s crop, and @floridapeanutproducersassoc are the ones making sure those growers get their flowers. Having them on site meant students weren’t just grabbing a snack, they were meeting the story behind it.

Couldn’t have run it without @macy_lynn_jordan holding it down on the ground, or the @ufcals volunteers who know a thing or two about where food actually comes from and jumped in all day to prove it.

One Chomp, a whole lot of peanuts, and zero regrets.

“Maybe I’m a peanut man.” 🥜 Truer words, TK.

We handed @tkunodos and his pal a bag of swag and let the taste test roll. The reactions, the running commentary, the moment he almost forgot to share (we saw that). 😂

Turns out a UGA legend and a bag of peanuts is a combo that just works.

It’s not nuts. It’s peanuts.

🥜 STOP 5: BETWEEN THE HEDGES, INTO THE SHELL. ✅

The @usapeanuts NPB College Tour rolled into @universityofga and let’s just say, Dawg Nation, y’all know how to throw down! Even TK, UGA’s own @tkunodos, swung through to see what all the peanut buzz was about. 🎓🥜

Shoutout to the electric @ugaclubvolleyball crew who rolled up their sleeves and worked the event with us, keeping the good vibes and the giveaways moving nonstop!

And big love to @gapeanuts, the folks behind roughly half the nation’s peanut crop. Georgia growers are the heartbeat of this whole thing, and bringing that story home to Athens hits different when the peanuts are practically neighbors.

Five stops in and still nutty. It’s not nuts. It’s peanuts. 🐾🥜
