USAPL Southeast Regionals

🗓️ September 19-20, 2026
📍 J. S. Dorton Arena
4285 Trinity Rd, Raleigh, NC

In less than 2 weeks, 290 athletes will take to the platform in the historic J.S. Dorton Arena. They will use this opportunity to showcase their overall strength in the Squat, Bench Press, & Deadlift. Some competitors may crumble under the pressure, others will thrive in it. Either way, all lifters will walk away with something. Whether it’s a $1,000 cash payout, a Pro Card, a State, Regional, or National record, a medal, or even just a learning experience to get better for your next meet. We hope that all athletes enjoy themselves at this event! We will do our best to provide the best meet experience we possibly can. Good luck to all lifters with the rest of your prep & we’ll see you soon!
