No one has it all figured out, and that’s okay. 🤍

Today is World Mental Health Day.

Here at USask, we recognize the importance of prioritizing our students’ mental well-being. As future nurses, we spend so much time learning how to care for others, but it’s just as important to learn how to care for ourselves. Building a strong foundation for our own mental health allows us to show up for ourselves, our peers, and the people we will one day care for.

If you’re having a hard time or know someone who might be, please remember that support is available. You don’t have to go through it alone. 🤍

Aujourd’hui, c’est la Journée mondiale de la santé mentale.

À USask, nous croyons qu’il est tout aussi important de prendre soin de soi que de prendre soin des autres. Comme futures infirmières et futurs infirmiers, notre bien-être mental nous permet d’être présents pour nous-mêmes, nos collègues et les personnes que nous accompagnerons un jour.
