From early spring miles to late-fall cross country grit, we’re proud to host a full lineup of trail and XC races across PA & DE in 2026. Whether you’re chasing a PR, racing for the vibes, or just here for the mud and camaraderie — there’s something for everyone.

2026 USATF Mid-Atlantic Annual Meeting & Officer Elections

📣 Mid-Atlantic members are invited to attend our 2026 Annual Meeting and help shape the future of the Association.

📅 Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 7:30 PM, via Zoom

The Association will elect officers for the 2027–2028 term, with new officers taking office January 1, 2027.

Call for Officer Candidates

We are seeking candidates for: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer

Nomination deadline: September 21, 2026

Members may nominate themselves or another eligible USATF Mid-Atlantic member. Candidates must meet membership, age, background screening, and SafeSport requirements.

📋 Members will also vote on a proposed bylaw amendment to combine the Treasurer and Financial Secretary positions.

Congratulations to Natalie Dumas on being named one of the Team Captains today! A well-deserved honor from her U20 USA World Championship teammates.🇺🇸

While Natalie represents USATF New Jersey, she’s also part of the Mid-Atlantic extended family. Her mom, Kate, serves on our Mid-Atlantic High Performance Committee and proudly represents our association as a delegate and liaison to the USATF Women’s Track & Field Committee.

🏆 Best of luck to Stefon Dodoo as he represents Team USA at the World Athletics U20 Championships today!

A longtime member of the Mid-Atlantic track & field family, Stefon began competing with Ambler Olympic Club (AOC) and USATF Mid-Atlantic as a third grader. Since then, he’s grown into one of the nation’s top collegiate middle-distance athletes, winning the USATF U20 800m Championship to earn his spot on Team USA.

Now competing for Texas A&M (Aggies) after graduating from Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, Stefon’s 800m preliminary round begins today.

Congratulations on achieving one of your lifelong goals, Stefon! Your Mid-Atlantic family is proud of you and will be cheering you on every step of the way. 🇺🇸💙❤️

🏥🌍Congratulations to Alexis Tingan, MD, a proud USATF Mid-Atlantic member, on his selection as Team Physician for the USATF U20 World Athletics Championships (his second time serving in this prestigious role!)

As Team Physician, Dr. Tingan is responsible for the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of medical and orthopedic conditions for both Team USA’s athletes and support staff throughout the championship.

Dr. Tingan is the Division Director of Sports and Exercise Medicine in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. A specialist in running and exercise medicine, he has served on the USATF Sports Medicine & Science Committee and continues to serve as a medical consultant for the Penn Relays.

We’re proud to see another USATF Mid-Atlantic member representing Team USA on the world stage. Congratulations, Dr. Tingan! 🇺🇸👏

Competition kicked off yesterday with five of our athletes competing in the multis, and this week more than 40 Mid-Atlantic athletes, along with their coaches and families, have made the journey to Norwalk, California to compete against the nation’s best. 🌞😎
