The Massachusetts Wrestling Association Annual Wrestling Convention is back on Saturday, October 10 — and this year’s Athlete Track will feature Coach David Mason for two technique sessions and Q&A.

Open to wrestlers from across New England.
Come get quality mat time, learn from an accomplished developmental coach, and be part of a full day dedicated to growing wrestling in New England. Coaches, bring your wrestlers and attend the coaches clinic while they are training!

Coach Mason brings experience from every level of the sport. As a coach, he has helped develop 35 individual Florida state champions, 50+ state finalists and four team state championship teams. As an athlete, he was a 2x undefeated Florida state champion, High School All-American, Top 100 national recruit, and finished his high school career with a 146–13 record before wrestling at Eastern Michigan University.

• Dec 20, 2026 – Novice Kick Off Event- Host needed
• Dec 27, 2026 – N. Andover HS and Youth Girls Kickoff Tournament
• Jan 17, 2027 – Novice January Event -Host needed
• Jan 31, 2027 – U6/U8/U10 State Tournament- Host needed
• Feb 7, 2027 – Steve Henry Novice Championship - Host Needed
• Feb 14, 2027 – MWA Girls State Tournament U6-U15 Host Needed
• Feb 21, 2027 – MWA U12-U15 Tournament- Host Needed
April TBD - MWA Development Tournament
• May 8, 2027 – MWA Commonwealth Cup

MWA provides: officials, clerking, trainer, weigh-in & tournament management volunteers, and facility/janitorial support.
