Conference recap, because we’re still not over it 🩵 Our 2026 USC Intercollegiate Women in Business Conference was everything we hoped it would be and more. What started as an idea just two years ago became a room filled with hundreds of driven, ambitious, supportive women from 10+ universities across the country. From powerful panels and inspiring keynotes to headshots, marketplace moments, raffle giveaways, and conversations that will last far beyond one Saturday, it was an incredible day. Thank you to every student who sacrificed their time and energy to be there, every speaker who poured into our community, every sponsor who believed in this vision, and every committee member who worked for months behind the scenes to bring it all to life. Still processing what an honor it was to emcee the 2026 USC Intercollegiate Women in Business Conference!! I had the privilege of representing @entreprenistas on stage and sharing about the new company I’m building, @hey.harvi. Hosting a fireside chat with @sima was such a special moment. Your honesty and depth as a leader left a HUGE impact on everyone in that room. Thank you for being so real with us all. I also had the opportunity to moderate the “Breaking the Algorithm: Women Leading Tech & AI” panel. Each panelist spoke to leadership in tech roles, how AI is going to shape the future and building in rooms where you may be the only woman. And none of this would have happened without the INCREDIBLE women running this behind the scenes!!! Big shoutout to @taylorfontaine and the rest of the team. Super impressed with you all!! Watching this conference triple in size and sell out is a testament to how hard you have been working on this for over a year!!
