The Antenna Are Finally Here!!

The antenna-like structures on the nudibranchs' heads are called rhinophores

"A rhinophore is one of a pair of chemosensory club-shaped, rod-shaped or ear-like structures which are the most prominent part of the external head anatomy in sea slugs"

✨WHAT A WEEKEND✨

This weekend we laughed, we cried, we triumphed, and we hatched a big, beautiful, silly NudiBranch art car!! I couldn’t be more proud to call this wonderful school of Nudi’s family and I can’t wait to see all your lovely joyous faces in front of it again!! Thank you to everyone that came out, built, DJ’ed, kept a positive attitude, or otherwise contributed to making this event a success!! I love you!✨🫶🏼🐌🫧 by @usdoinstuf

The Nudibranch gets liiiiiiittt!! ⚡🌈✨🎚️🐛 The progress this past week has been UNREAL!! Getting the bus presentable for the fundraiser was a near-impossible task. Thank you so so much to everyone who dedicated their time 🙏💗 the last clip is from the first time the bus was lit up with the skin on it 🤟

Join us this weekend to celebrate and raise funds so we can finish this project! Link in bio.

We're keeping the @nudibranch.artcar on the rails with the help of @djsecondhandstoke @ben.valkyr @tdiesenberg @suzieqcoco and @scott.inmoab , building out the hinged railing system, painting the deck frame, and finishing it off with some fancy Trex on top! Of course we had to celebrate by throwing down a set ASAP 🥳

Next up is to build out the lower structure, and things are gonna start getting pretty weird!
