We have many reasons to be thankful 🫶 A big one is that Utah is ranked #1 in the nation for formal & informal volunteerism!

We've had some new friends & volunteers follow us, so we thought we'd reintroduce ourselves. So grateful for this community! 💚 by @userveutah

Every year, our team hosts a summer gathering and presents each other with fun awards. This year was ducky awards! 🦆 We’d like to think this our pre-game for the @utahphilanthropyday award celebration on November 12. 😉 by @userveutah

On the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we remember the firefighters, first responders, and countless others who stepped forward to serve. ❤️

We honor their spirit by continuing to do good. Our team joined @911day in Salt Lake City, helping pack meals as part of an event that provided 168,000+ meals, while the College Community Engagement Council helped set up the Springville Museum of Art event, from tents and registration to other behind-the-scenes work. by @userveutah

In the days following 9/11, we saw people across the country step up to help: first responders, volunteers, neighbors, and complete strangers showing up for one another.

That spirit of service is something worth carrying forward.

As we approach the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we can honor that legacy in a simple, tangible way: show up and serve.

Pack meals. Clean up a community space. Help a neighbor. Donate your time. Whatever you can give, it matters.

Three days from now, let’s remember not only what happened, but the incredible spirit of service that followed. by @userveutah

As we approach the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we’ve been reflecting on how service can turn remembrance into action.

Two years ago, we partnered with Project Embrace to clean and prepare medical equipment to be sent to Indigenous communities in rural areas where it was needed most.

As this important anniversary approaches, we encourage everyone to find a service project near you, bring someone along, and make a difference in your community. ❤️ by @userveutah

"I attended [the Generation Volunteer Summit] last year & loved it because I could be with people who had the desire to serve, so they took the actions to do so." 👏

We love being villagers, we love our village, and we love the Generation Volunteer Summit. Registration is now open (link in bio!)

Friday, Nov. 13 | Salt Lake Community College, Miller Campus, Sandy
