Meet Snape 🟢

The AI agent inside Severus. It reads your documents, drafts the requests, routes the approvals and chases everyone until the work is done.

Then it stops, because the decision is yours.

Pillar 05: Artifacts 📄

Board packs. Status updates. Vendor comparisons.
Instead of building them from scratch, Severus drafts them from work already recorded.

You review and send ✅

Pillar 04: Projects 📍

“Where are we on this?”
“Who was handling it?”
“Was that approved or not?”

Every project keeps its own documents, decisions, deadlines and owners. Ask it, and get one clear answer ✅

Pillar 03: Research 🔍

What are competitors charging? What does that new regulation actually say? What’s selling this season?

Ask Severus. You get the answer with the sources attached, not a guess ✅

Five pillars. One platform. 🟢

Routines · Collaboration · Research · Projects · Artifacts

This is how work actually moves through Severus, with meetings, compliance and AI workspaces on top.

We’re breaking down one pillar a day this week 👀

✅ Chases vendors and approvers until it’s done

More people. More work. More decisions.
But is the work actually moving? 👀

A request waits. An approval is forgotten. A vendor needs chasing. A decision never becomes an action.

What if the work could just move itself? It can. ✅

Friday, noon. Body at the desk, mind in Canada 😂 We’ve all been Aaron. 😄

The difference? His week is already written down, and Severus is still chasing whatever is open.

Enjoy your weekend properly 🙌
