🙏🏾It’s a blessing when you have people in your life who you don’t have to do a lot over explaining to… They listen and understand. No need to issue a ton of disclaimers and terms & conditions. Good intentions and sincere relationships. Make sure you value the person or people like this in your life.

Quality over quantity. Only the real ones…‼️

I’m was so excited and grateful on Sunday 🙏🏾…Went back and started hooping 🏀 competitively for the first time in a year and half after my knee surgery. Thanks to my friends & family for the prayers and encouragement to take my time.

I had been shooting and working on my cardio, flexibility, and strengthening. The guys I hoop with told me a long time ago “Don’t come back until you’re ready. Once you’re in between these lines… it’s on‼️” 😂

Felt great!! Gonna keep working on getting stronger. Pacing myself.

Played one 4-on-4 (half court). We won by 3. All points counted as 1. Then did shooting drills for about 40 minutes.

😂 Iced 🧊 and stretched with resistance bands at the gym right after the game Lol

Very important - I was at a stop🚦 thanking God and just decided to turn on the camera and start recording. Absolutely NO LOOKING at the camera while I was driving‼️ IYKYK the reason I’m so serious about that. 🙏🏾🕊️☝🏾💕

💎Having people you don’t have to over explain yourself to with a whole bunch of disclaimers and “terms & conditions” is refreshing and a blessing.

Keep those people close. The ones coming from a genuine and authentic place. It will save you time and aggravation.

Real and honest dialogue to improve and have a better quality of life personally and professionally.

These are the people you cherish and keep close. 🙏🏾🧡

Took a quick trip this past weekend to support and love on some family...🙏🏾🧡

On the flight 🛫 back on Sunday, the pilot apologized that there was no real smooth route and even though he tried, we were just going to have to go through some rough air.

I needed that reminder ”Some things you can’t avoid and you just have to keep pushing and you’ll eventually get to a better place.”

Hope this reminder blessed someone today!! Keep going ‼️
