Rooted in movement languages such as Konto and Shaku, the workshop examines how rhythm, music, gesture, and everyday urban experiences shape collective movement practices.Through groove-based exercises, rhythmic call-and-response, improvisation, and guided movement exploration, participants will engage with the relationship between Afrobeats music and the body.
