Hey folks, I hate to say it, but it looks like we're going to have to postpone the race tomorrow. We got way more rain than those wonderful weather people predicted and the trail is in pretty bad shape. We are looking to reschedule for next Sunday or August 22, which would make this race our season finale. We really wanted to race it tomorrow, but safety concerns and trail conditions just won't allow it. Your registrations for tomorrow will transfer automatically to the new date. Congratulations to everyone who raced at USAC Nationals last week. You all did amazing. We're picking the season back up this Sunday in Lexington, NC for the Finch Park Fury. We only have 3 races to go and we have some number 1 slots up for grabs, so every race counts. Registration is open online until 10 pm Saturday night and race day registration is available for $10 extra, so sign up soon. Remember, for callups, you have to sign up by 10 pm on Thursday evening. Hey all you racers, the course is set up and ready and riding great. Very fast. Again, we’ve got lots of precautions for taking with ice towels, ice, buckets, and lots of water. And some misting stations. We are moving the cat one/2 masters women to the 10 o’clock wave so spread the word if you know someone who is racing that class. Registration shuts down tonight at 10 PM and race day. Registration is available tomorrow for $10 extra. Hydrate, hydrate, Hydrate. Hey folks, as you know, it's going to HOT this weekend at the Liberty MTB Classic at Falling Creek Park in Bedford, VA. We are taking precautions to make sure everyone is safe. We're just a few days away from the Punchy Pigg in Rocky Mount, Virginia, coming up this Sunday!This event also serves as the USA Cycling Virginia State Championship. Virginia residents who hold an annual USA Cycling license are eligible to compete for a State Championship title in the following categories:🏆 Junior🏆 Cat 1/2/3🏆 Cat 1🏆 Cat 2Good news—the infamous hill climb has been reworked, and the early feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
