That’s a wrap on IRC 2026. Thanks you to all the amazing coaches who invested their time, knowledge, and energy into the growth and development of our US athletes. The incredible staff that supported the athletes on campus can’t be praised enough for their impact on the camp. EMU was an outstanding host.

Finally, thank you to the athletes! The entire camp was filled with young people excited to learn, embrace challenge, and develop into the athletes they want to become. This was an outstanding group and it was a privilege to be with them the last several weeks, and to Bear Force One - well rowed and well raced! Thank you again for being so intentional, spirited, and responsive throughout camp and especially in the races! taken in Ypsilanti, Michigan by @usrowingselectiondev
