Mushroom Changezi😋Royal flavors meet earthy mushrooms – Mushroom Changezi magic! 👑🍄
.
Recipe-
400-500 g mushrooms
Marination
2 tbsp hung curd
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
A pinch of garam masala
A pinch of turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
1 tsp chicken masala
1-2 tbsp roasted besan
Roasted kasoori methi
Keep it in the refrigerator for about 40-45 mins
Then airy fry it at 180degree for about 8-10 mins

Blanching Tomatoes
TOMATO | Tomatoes 6 NOS.
ICE COLD WATER | Ice water
Gravy Base
OIL | Oil 2 TBSP
ONION | Onion 1 LARGE SIZED. (CHOPPED)
GINGER GARLIC PASTE | Ginger garlic paste 2 TBSP
GREEN CHILLI | Green chilli 2-3 NOS. (CRUSHED)
TURMERIC POWDER | Turmeric powder 1/4 TSP
KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER | Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 TBSP
CORIANDER POWDER | Coriander powder 1 TBSP
GARAM MASALA | Garam masala 1/2 TSP
CUMIN POWDER | Cumin powder 1 TSP
HOT WATER | Garam Pani A SPLASH
SALT | Salt TO TASTE

For finally cooking
1 tbsp butter
Add masala
CURD 1/3 CUP (WHISKED)
FRESH CREAM 2 TBSP
GARAM MASALA A LARGE PINCH
1 tsp kitchen king
Add mushrooms, cook it well
For garnishing
GINGER JULIENNE | ginger flakes
GREEN CHILLI Green chilly
