🎾 More players. More passion. We need more COURTS. 🎾

Tennis in Florida is booming! But to keep the game growing, our facilities need an upgrade.

USTA Florida just released "The Case for Public Court Investment in Florida," a comprehensive White Paper detailing exactly why our state needs a massive wave of new and rehabilitated public courts over the next 10 years.

The goal?
✅ Less time waiting, more time playing.
✅ Quality courts in every neighborhood.
✅ A sustainable future for the sport we love.

USTA Florida is launching "Team Play Fall Ball," a statewide pilot bringing team-based tennis competition to junior players this fall. 🎾🌴

The pilots run through two tracks: Facility Hubs at five Florida facilities, including three operated or managed by USTA Florida, and school-based programs at Viera High School and in Lee County. 🏫 Each one is designed to give juniors a low-barrier pathway into match play, with local matches, flexible formats, and a team environment close to home. 🙌

"Team play is about giving every junior player an opportunity to play in a fun and social environment." — Katie Bivolan, USTA Florida Youth Team Play Project Lead

Each pilot will be evaluated at the end of the fall season, tracking participation, retention, and family feedback to shape how USTA Florida expands team play statewide in 2027. 📈
