Delivering across the globe starts on the tracks.🚆

Rail gives us the capacity to move military equipment, ammunition and cargo across the country to strategic seaports.

On the West Coast, those routes connect to Military Ocean Terminal Concord for movement toward the Pacific. On the East Coast, they connect to Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point for movement toward Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Together with the Department of Transportation and commercial railroads, we keep the Joint Force moving from installation to port and beyond. by @ustranscom

From the first handoff 🤝 to the final destination, every step matters.

Exercise Ultimate Caduceus 2026⚕ brought together military, commercial and civilian partners to strengthen interoperability and ensure patients can move safely and efficiently through the entire patient movement process.

During the exercise, mission partners worked side by side, connecting capabilities, sharing expertise and building the relationships needed to be ready when it matters most.

Different missions. One team. One goal: getting patients safely from start to finish.
