Yo can someone tell me what’s that colour? 🏆🥇👏

A huge congratulations to everyone who competed at University Opens and thank you to all our coaches, volunteers and supporters who helped make the day possible 💙

One of the best parts of this year’s event was seeing so many new and colour belt competitors representing USYD. The growth of our team and willingness to step onto the competition floor is exactly what helped us secure the Overall University Champion title 🏆

Keep training, keep competing, and let’s carry this energy into ND1 and beyond 👊

Recap of our South Coast Championships and Australian National Team qualifiers campaign.

A number of our black belts plus Sydney Uni team completed at the South Coast Championships. Kyorugi team was small since most of our experienced players were being rested having done a few big comps already this year. The ones who competed did well but the focus for us was attending South Coast as a warm up for Australian National Team Selections.

Our team performed strongly at the Australian National Team selections with @justn.wdjaya from @usyd.tkd , @phamwhatsup and myself (ZiChuan) qualifying for the Poomsae World Championships in Chuncheon later this year, Emma and Yena made it to the finals both just missing out on a place in the team and Ashleigh showing great last minute improvement to come 9th in her division.

A huge thank you to the powerhouse Poomsae Instructor team that has been working with Chungdo TKD/Sydney Uni over the last 2 years plus of course my Master GM @shin_byeong_hyun and Master @master_yujin for training me over many years.
