YogaHome ist so ein schönes Studio in Treptow
Ich freu mich, viele Jahre Yogaerfahrung und eine besondere tiefe Verbundenheit zu Scaravelli inspiriertem Yoga nach Irland auch in Berlin anbieten zu können.
Es ist ein aufmerksamer Prozess des Loslassens von tiefer Anspannung, der eine Leichtigkeit bewirkt, die in die Erde verbunden ist, und gleichzeitig viel inneren Raum schafft.

It's an un-doing of tension, creating strength and space.... and deeply rooted ease!

After massaging many people from all walks of life in Dublin and the gorgeous West Cork, I'm back home.....
And I hope to find other folk here, in Berlin, who'd love a good massage to mend body and soul, find that feeling of quiet and inner strength.... which might just be the place to reignite the creative appetite for life.

We offer a soothing yin yoga session as a moment of care — for yourself, and for those affected by war and violence. The class is donation-based so that your presence supports YMP’s healing practices for communities in crisis.

In the midst of all the pain coming back to my practice is an anchor
This deep physical releasing practice that also creates peace of mind
Not to be silent but to meet the chaos with a nourished resilience, finding my clear stand by the side of all who really work for peace....
My practice is the root of facing injustice,ignorance towards the humanity of all beings, with calm resistance of all the lies and cruelty that are committed every day.
It's my lifeline together with seeking out community to not be alone in those times where standing together for real peace is so so important.
My teachers help me more than they probably know, to always connect back to the peaceful depth of body and mind.
I don't know their stand on political topics but their yogic support helps me not to feel helpless in the face of all the hatred lies and violence
With love for this world ... May we,all choose to live and work for peace and joy by @utakyoga

Happy Valentinstag fürs gute Klima und die Demokratie....Beide sind sehr liebenswert und wir sollten sie schützen, genauso wie die Liebe.... und zusammen kriegen wir das schon hin

Geht auf jeden Falle alle wählen, auch wenn's kalt is.....

SUMMER EMBODIED SELF-CARE: CULTIVATING LOVING KINDNESS FOR TROUBLED TIMES
with the YOGA MANDALA PROJECT

Take a moment to care for yourself within a supportive community with YMP team members, Saraswati and Uta, who will guide simple breath, movement and contemplative practices in the spirit of Loving Kindness.

How can we offer loving kindness to the hurt places within? To the angry places? the stuck and bewildered places?

How can we acknowledge and be present to what we may be feeling without losing heart and hope and the connection to our true nature?

Our heartfelt wish is to offer a space of compassionately meeting ourselves as we experience the duality of the world, whilst being held in the teachings of Yoga that offer connection to the unchanging flow of unconditional love that lies at the heart of all.

Our summer self-care event is offered at no cost as an offering of care for all those with caring hearts.All are welcome.

Join us at 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM Local London Time on Zoom.

No cost to join, but pre-registration is required.

I'm back to the massage table and yoga mat, after 5 weeks of travelling..... the two weeks in Italy with my yoga teacher were the most inspiring 2 weeks .... how to come back to simplicity and the beginnings each time I step onto the mat.... it's yoga, and it's also wise teachings about living a good life.... and a very deep strong exploration of my body. Then.... there's lightness...... magic!

There are free appointments for massages, and a drop in class Tuesdays 9.30 am near Eyeries
