Phi Alpha Delta Recruitment Week is here! ⚖️

We’ve put together a guide to help you know what to expect throughout the week.
Swipe through to see the full recruitment schedule, important contacts, and our recruitment lookbook! Get ready to meet our chapter, learn more about our organization, and find your place in PAD!
We can’t wait to meet you!

DAY ONE ⚖️

Day One will be all about getting to know the Brothers of Phi Alpha Delta and learning more about our chapter. We’ll have a presentation covering who we are, what we do, and what you can expect from being a member. There will also be plenty of time to ask questions.
Max and Harvin have spent so much time working on this recruitment, if you have any questions now, feel free to reach out to them or our official PAD email!

DAY TWO ⚖️

Day Two of recruitment will feature a fun Mock Trial Activity! Each potential new member will be placed into a group and given a case. Your group will be assigned either the prosecution or defense and will work together to build your argument and prepare your case. You’ll then present to a panel of Brothers, who will judge the arguments and determine which side wins! This is a great opportunity to work together, think on your feet, and get a feel for what Phi Alpha Delta is all about.

DAY THREE 💼

Day Three will consist of one-on-one conversations where we’ll have the opportunity to get to know you on a deeper, more personal level. This is your chance to share more about yourself, your goals, and why Phi Alpha Delta is an organization you want to be a part of.

This look book was created to help guide you on what to expect when it comes to dress attire throughout recruitment. Please use this as a reference for each day and event.

BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL
Business professional attire consists of suits, dress pants, blazers, button-down shirts, blouses, dress shirts, and other polished and professional pieces. Think formal, polished, and law-school or courtroom appropriate. by @utampapad

It’s formal season!!
Our first ever PAD formal was a great night bringing members together to connect and enjoy time outside of our usual meetings and events. It was a reminder that what we build here goes beyond professional development, there’s real community behind it!
Just one of the many perks of being a PAD member 💛💜 by @utampapad
