In 2019 we quit our jobs and sold our home to live free and in the moment. Ever since our life has been a spectacular, unpredictable adventure. ✨

THANK YOU 2021! 🎉
So, here we are at the end of yet another year that didn’t turn out as expected. Just when we thought things were going to be more normal we find ourselves in another round of lockdown and restrictions. It’s easy to become discouraged and feel that all the fun in life has been taken away from us.
.
But when we started looking back at this past year we discovered that our archive was actually full of dancing, laughter and magical moments. Because, after all, happiness is found in the little things. ❤️
.
We want to thank all of you for following us through another year of this weird adventure that is our life. Thank you for cheering us on and giving us endless love. You all matter much more than you may think! This account has turned into a very important source of happiness and motivation for us. So thank you. Each and every one of you. We hope to keep exploring the world together with all of you in 2022. ❤️
.
May the new year be the best one yet. For planet Earth and all it’s inhabitants.💚🌎
.
And may there be more dancing.
Lots of it! 💃🏻🕺🏻

It’s Ida’s birthday today. 🎈
The most fantastic and wonderful muppet, turning two times 24!
Ida is the most loving, funny, smart and creative being on this planet. She has a big heart, and lots of love for all beings, animals and humans, and plants even! There’s never a dull day with her around. The list of adventures and projects are long and diverse. High and low; up a ladder in tall trees, wearing flip-flops, carrying some art to be hung, or on all four, weeding inside a bush, wearing her finest dress. 😂
I love it all, our freedom, our life together, and all the projects we have and do together. Always fun, never boring.

Ida! Thank you for your energy and enthusiasm for the beauty of life. It is inspiring for all of us.

Happy Birthday, Muppet
I love you infinetly! 🩷💚💙🩵❤️💜💛

The first of many Midsommar celebrations in Storekulla. Forgot to film and take picures, as usual. This is all I got, but it says enough. ❤️

Today is our 10 years wedding anniversary!! ❤️
Wait, what? TEN YEARS!?? Wow, that went by in a flash. We can honestly say it’s been the best 10 years of our lives, without doubt. We feel so lucky to have found each other, out of all the people on this planet. There is no doubt in our minds that we were meant to be.

20 years as best friends and 10 years as husband and wife. And that was only just the beginning! «Verden kan’ke ta oss det er for perfekt!»

There is no denying that this turned out to be a very dark winter for us. 💔 But spring is here, soft and gentle, with promise of a bright and happy summer. We have started making plans and looking forward to summer in our new Paradise. Our hearts are slowly healing and the memories of Papa Muppet stay bright and vivid in everything we do. Rather than feeling sad because he is gone we try to be thankful that he lived. – And that we got to spend so much time with him.
.
It is still a beautiful world and we’re feeling optimistic. ❤️

On Feb 11th we lost Papa Muppet. Me and my brother lost our dad and Mama Muppet lost the love of her life.

Finally! Christmas has come to Lillekulla and we are absolutely thrilled about it.

Even tho we don’t have any snow yet, we still have all the magic. ✨ It doesn’t take a lot. A little tree, and some lights, and voila!🎄

My running goal for this season was to stay consistent.
8 months, 100 runs and 800 kms later, it feels like I reached my goal! Yay! 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

For anyone curious about the numbers, my personal records came down to:
5K: 26:59 (pace 5:22)
10K: 56:42 (pace 5:38)
15K: 1:25:14 (pace 5:41)
21K: 02:00:17 (pace 5:43)

Average pace through all 800 kms: 5:50

Thanks to everyone who’s been cheering me on, and thanks to Alex and Bixit for being my support team. ❤️
