This is the kind of table I want to keep making bigger. 🤍

Women with ideas.

Women with goals.

Women who cheer for each other, share what they’re learning, and actually want to see the woman beside them win too.

That’s a huge part of the vision I have for what I’m building.

Not just selling hair care.

Not just growing something online.

I want to build a community of women who are creating something of their own, learning together, supporting each other and having a whole lot of fun along the way.

I want more trips where we’re dreaming up what’s next.

More conversations that start with “Okay, hear me out…” 😂

More celebrating each other’s wins.

More women realizing they’re capable of building something they’re proud of.

On Day 1, I used the new MONAT Gloss Mode system. I didn’t wash it again for these photos—on Days 2 and 3, I refreshed my hair with just one Glow Drop each day.

The kind of progress you don’t always notice until you look for it. 👀
