‼️JOIN THE FIGHT AGAINST BILLIONAIRE-BACKED DATA CENTER DEVELOPMENT Communities across Utah are coming together, linking various data center struggles into one statewide fight against the tech billionaire takeover. Utah is under attack. Tech billionaires and corporate politicians have unleashed an onslaught of private data centers onto our state. With no regard for the impact on local communities or the risk of ecological collapse, the development of these massive, resource-draining projects is accelerating into every county they can get their hands on. We are uniting toward a people-centered vision for data center development and the future of our state. UTAH FOR THE PEOPLE NOT TECH BILLIONAIRES! by @utvstechbillionaires
This was taken tonight, October 20th, at the Utah County Planning Commission meeting. You may have seen the video of Aspen @protect.utah being taken to the ground by an officer, with her jaw hitting the floor. But I want you guys to see what happened leading up to that. Tonight, they voted yes on a proposal to allow data centers as a permitted use in mining and grazing and industrial zones, and create a data center overlay zone. After receiving hundreds of letters asking them to vote no. After weeks of hearing our statements. After people kept showing up and speaking out. They heard us, and they voted to move it forward anyway. That feels like a blatant disregard for the people who showed up. And when people had something to say about that decision, this is how it was handled. Aspen is spending tonight in jail after the officer, at least double her size, slammed her face to the ground. Watch this footage and decide for yourself: Did her actions justify that level of force and an overnight stay in jail? Watch for yourself and share. This is who are supposed to be representing and protecting the citizens. by @utvstechbillionaires
FULL VIDEO: posted on @utvstechbillionaires and @bear_the_fight Utah County Commission police officers may have broken the jaw of 100lb woman by slamming her on the ground for peacefully protesting their approval of a data center ordinance and overlay zone in Utah County. In the interests of tech billionaires’ profits the Utah County Commission sent its officers to violently assault and arrest peaceful data center protestors. Utah County Commission is violently assaulting and arresting data center protesters, including a small woman, after approving a data center ordinance despite over a hundred residents packing the room and demanding a rejection of the ordinance and a full ban on all private data center development. UPDATE: @protect.utah has been released from jail and is okay and receiving medical care. by @utvstechbillionaires

Join the fight today! We want STRONG and DETAILED regulations regarding data centers and Spanish Forks Ordinance 12-2026 is NOT that. Data centers have large and long-lasting impacts on the communities in which they are built. We believe Spanish Fork residents deserve a real say when data centers try to move into their city. #spanishforkutah #spanishforkdatacenter #saveourearth #speakup by @utvstechbillionaires
This week is going to be BUSY. We URGE you to get involved for your community and your county. We need more bodies to be present for these decisions. I promise you, you’ll be impacted by them, so why not make your voice heard? Let us know if you can go to any of these! by @utvstechbillionaires
Get ready to call in sick and sluff class -- Utah County urgently needs your voice and solidarity at the next commission meeting on November 4th at 2:00PM. At this meeting we will make clear that Utah residents want to reserve our input in data center development and want tighter regulations for these projects. This meeting follows the violent arrest of a fellow data center dissident, Aspen Azalea. Come rally with us to defend Utah County, protect Utah, and protect women at 12:00PM. #utah #datacenter #justiceforaspen by @utvstechbillionaires
Thank you to all who have donated financially ❤️💜🙏🏼 it's been helping me so much! I can now rent a larger vehicle and buy PPE for the workers/volunteers/friends who are helping clean up the wastewater infected mud. Repost and share this because I've noticed this information isn't being seen until a few days later. The wastewater facility overflowed last week. We are only getting news about it on social media a week later. It's a scary time. Financial donations to my Venmo @jessica-wiarda. I'll provide updates ❤️ by @utvstechbillionaires
