We kicked off the school year with our iConnect Fall Festival last week! Over 250 students registered to practice their networking skills, career fair etiquette, and introductions.

Over 30 STEM Role Models, Corporate Representatives, and UT Austin Volunteers joined us to help make this event a success! They helped students practice their handshakes and introductions at “mock career fair” company booths and reviewed resumes/LinkedIn profiles to ensure students were ready for the various EXPOs and Career Fairs coming up this academic year.

Many thanks to our Fall 2026 iConnect Corporate Partners: Microsoft, Phillips 66, and Shell, and to our WiSTEM Partner Apple! We could not make these events happen without your support!

Our last camp of 2026, STEM in Medical Technology on Thursday, July 16, brought this summer to a close. Campers enjoyed a hands-on design challenge, a tour of the UT Austin Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience Lab space, and a medical imaging presentation by UT Austin Professor Dr. Thomas Yankeelov.
